We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your Leni Swims pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unworn condition with all hygiene liners intact. Please note that for health and safety reasons, any swimwear returned without the protective seal will not be accepted.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your swimwear in its original reusable mailer, ensuring all tags are attached and the hygiene sticker remains in place.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label generated from the portal and drop off the package at your nearest authorized postal service location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
